Speak from the heart. Record a video or voice message for each milestone: your advice, your love, your story. MyEverheart guides you with prompts so you always know what to say.

Appoint your Guardians
Choose 2 trusted people, a spouse, a sibling, a close friend, to be your primary and secondary Guardians. They will be notified when a milestone moment arrives and will help ensure your messages are delivered with care.

Each message stays time-locked until its milestone is reached. When the moment arrives, your Guardians are notified and your message is released, exactly as you intended.

MyEverheart holds them safe until the time is right. Milestone Reminders: For unknown future dates (like a wedding day), your Guardians are responsible for notifying your child. Our system will send one automated reminder per year to you and your Guardians to keep the milestone top of mind without being overwhelmed.

They simply receive a notification and confirm the delivery. You can appoint a Guardian at any time, change them if your circumstances change, and give them specific instructions for how you want your legacy handled. Our system protocol securely stores these contact details and login instructions, ensuring we know exactly who is meant to deliver your special message to your child, when to deliver notifications and login instruction for your child to access their FREE MyEverheart account and which child your legacy message is intended for.

Messages are encrypted and inaccessible, even to MyEverheart, until the milestone delivery is triggered by your Guardian.
Contacting Minors
For young children, we rely strictly on your Guardian's email address. Once your child is old enough to have their own email (usually 13+), the system will prompt you or your Guardian to update their profile.
Guardian access controls
Your Guardian can confirm delivery but cannot read, copy, or forward your messages. Their role is limited to what you authorize.

You can update or replace your Guardian at any time from your account settings. We recommend appointing both a primary and secondary Guardian so there is always a backup.
No. Guardians can only confirm that a milestone has arrived; they never have access to the content of your messages before or after delivery.
You can re-record or edit any message up until its milestone triggers delivery. Once delivered, it's locked to preserve exactly what your recipient received.
Yes. You can create separate Milestone Maps for different recipients: children, grandchildren, a partner (a spouse), or a close friend. Each map has its own set of messages and its own delivery timeline.
You'll have a 30-day grace period to export your Legacy Content before it's permanently deleted. We'll notify you and your Guardians ahead of that deadline.
Once a Guardian confirms a milestone, MyEverheart automatically notifies the recipient by email and unlocks the message in their account, no manual delivery required from your Guardian.
No. Recipients get a free MyEverheart account to view messages addressed to them, no subscription required.
Guardians confirm their identity through a secure, email-verified login tied to the contact details you provided when you appointed them.
